HAMILTON ICE RACING Series

Welcome to the 2013 Ice Racing Series at the Hamilton Rod & Gun Club located in Sturbridge MA. This season promises to be one of the best yet with a new track layout, expanded classes, improved format and more riding time! The powers that be met over the off season to go over how we could bring the Hamilton Series to the next level while still keeping its friendly, all are welcome, charm.

What's new? Well for starters the club has a new expanded kitchen! The menu has new items as well. So now when you come in from the outside not only will you have a warm fire, plenty of places to sit and eat, and a fully stoked bar, but you can get hot food and watch the game on the two new huge flat screens as well. Spectators are always welcomed and encouraged - so bring your friends!

More classes - We have expanded the classes to offer more competitive racing in both MX and ATV. More choices offer you more racing time. We now offer 20 MX and 16 ATV classes for you to choose from. From Novice to Expert, 50cc to Open class, Side Hacks to One stud, Full stud to unstudded - The Hamilton Ice Racing Series has it all. Why do you think this is one of the oldest Ice Racing Series in the Country?

Bigger track - The plans are to offer a bigger track this year with longer straight-a-ways. This will allow for more passing and less follow the leader style races. We can not control Mother Nature, however, we will work with her any way we can - stay tuned!

Many argue that ice racing keeps the skills sharp during the off season, while improving cornering techniques that translate onto dirt come spring. Come out and see why so many riders are getting into ice racing. The Hamilton Ice Racing Series has something for everyone from the first timer to the seasoned pro. More info will follow shortly so stay tuned or email us with your questions. We are looking forward to seeing you on the ice in 2013.
